  • Day 2: Nairobi to Masai Mara – Into the Heart of Africa
  • Following breakfast, begin your journey into the wild, traveling through Kenya's fertile highlands, passing picturesque farms and descending into the Great Rift Valley along a historic road built by Italian prisoners of war during World War II.
  • Arrive at Muthu Keekorok Lodge, the first safari lodge ever built in the Mara, strategically positioned in the direct path of the Great Migration.
  • Keekorok's elevated walkway, winding through riverine forests, leads to a secluded bar overlooking a hippo-filled dam, offering incredible wildlife viewing without even leaving the lodge.

  • Wake up early and venture into the Mara plains for a morning game drive, capturing breathtaking wildlife moments in the golden light of dawn.
  • Return to camp for breakfast and leisure time, followed by another afternoon game drive in search of predators, grazing herds, and rare wildlife encounters.
  • For a truly unforgettable experience, opt for a pre-booked early morning Balloon Safari, floating silently above the Mara as the sunrise paints the landscape in shades of gold and crimson.
